“The staff is really nice and the rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast not so great and the location is a little ways from Yale but manageable.”

“Excellent place”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Omni New Haven Hotel. After my stay, I discovered an unauthorized charge of $62.43 on my credit card, processed at 3:20 AM while I was asleep. The picture advertised is not the room that you will get. The check in process is slow and the person helping me kept wiping his nose, coughing and touching the counter and room keys. I booked a deluxe queen room and was given a single full bed. When I asked about this, I was directed to a manager? Whomever it was told...
