"Excellent apartment for our stay in Vienna, and affordable given what was included. We found the property and room clean, welcoming, and functional. We particularly appreciated the water and coffee at the lobby, ability to safely store luggage at the lobby before our check-in, as well as access to laundry facilities on-site. We had an easy time sleeping, very quiet. I remember some reviews noted concerns about smell from smoking, we did not have any issues. We did find that we wanted more things for the kitchen (ex: bowls, dish soap, clean kettle that wasn’t filled with coffee) however this was easily resolved with the help of the staff in the lobby so I’d recommend asking for anything that you were hoping to have. Property location was also very good, easy to bus towards central Vienna. We chose not to have the optional breakfast, and found it was easy to make our own with grocery stores nearby and a fridge, dishes, and utensils in our room."

"Apartment complex is in a great location. Just steps away from the central train station and local busses and trans. The room was spacious and the kitchen has enough to offer to cook small meals. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet. The women at check-out was charming and very helpful. I would recommend this Apartment complex for short or long stays."
