The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Vienna on foot, and the room was beautiful, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The hotel itself has a stylish atmosphere while maintaining a warm and welcoming feeling.
What impressed me the most was the service. Every staff member I interacted with throughout my stay was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. Although I experienced an unfortunate incident during breakfast on my last morning, the hotel management responded quickly, sincerely, and with great care. Their professionalism and willingness to address the situation made a very positive impression on me.
I also appreciated the flexibility of the late check-out, which made my departure much more comfortable.
