“전반적으로 깨끗하고 고급스러운 호텔이었음. 넉넉하고 다양한 조식과 친절한 서비스도 좋았음. 오후 10시정도에 1층 bar이용시에 주문을 받는 직원이 불친절했음. 그러나 음식 내어주는 안주 서비스는 좋았음.”

“The bathroom was not very private (just a glass door where you can look through the hinges) but very clean. The hotel is a long walk from the city center but there was a few options for public transportation. The bruch was very good, with a lot of options and the service was impeccable.”

“Not the best location from the station, but still good. Decent 4star hotel, but the beds were uncomfy. Breakfast on the firstday was ok, and next day was bit worse than the first one. It looked like sone left overs from the previous day came back. It's maybe because it was off season, so there were not many people?? It offered kind porter-service, and the lobby was comfy. I loved Parma so much, and am sure that the hotel was one of good things there.”
