Great staff , beautiful rooms !! Nice gym

This was my first visit to a Plaza, I’ve only done all-inclusive. The hotel itself was nice but I was a bit disappointed with my room. I requested a city view and all I saw the walls of the building next door with it being so close I had to keep the blinds closed to not let anyone see inside the room. I figured if I can see them they could see me. Not having access to ice was a bit disappointing being an ice eater and loving cold water. The breakfast buffet was wonderful a full range of everything. The staff was very friendly a greeting upon every entry. The location is great easy access to local transportation and walkable to foods and shops.

Very helpful staff, super location, clean with nice amenities

Very clean rooms. Valet parking was quick. In room food service was excellent. Staff was friendly and attentive I thoroughly enjoyed the stay in this historic building. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our visit.
