"The property and room was clean but my issue is with the airport shuttle I was not properly informed about the hours of the service I had a 6:15am flight and the shuttle does not start until 5am is what I was told after I’ve already checked in and paid my deposit which resulted in me having to find my own way to the airport this is a big inconvenience flights are all hours there for so should be the shuttle or don’t advise this service if it’s not acceptable "

"Checked in and notified attendant we would need the 5:30am airport shuttle. Bed was comfortable but next to the pool which stays lighted all night and the curtains didn’t fully block it out. Arrived in the lobby at 5:29 to see the shuttle leave the parking lot without us. The attendant was unconcerned and stated “that’s why we tell you to arrive early”. An unanticipated delay and $15 uber ride. Not happy. "
