“Ok, room was very nice and I liked that it was close to the river.....
But I do not like the No Lobby trend. I've been to 2 motels that did things this way and the Both, including this one, had issues with room assignment.
With the first one, another guest had tge same room number and code and tried to enter my room. With this one I was the guest trying to enter another's room.
Im sure No lobby saves on money but youve really got to do better with room assignment”

“I was completely SHOCKED at the state of the rooms. There was hair in the sheets, the fridge did not work so all of the snack foods we brought ended up spoiling. At one point my aunt thought I had my glasses on the floor…. They were in fact someone else’s- meaning I can assume the room had not been properly cleaned. We did not want to risk not receiving any money back so we made due. Get in late, get out early! I definitely would not stay here again! However the front desk lady was AMAZING!”
