"First off just want to say we had a nice stay. The room fit our needs very well. There were a few things that may need to be worked on in my opinion.
Firstly, there was only one person at desk, no back up person. I came in and went to desk. The clerk was on the phone booking someone. I sat there and waited, maybe about 5 min for him to get finished. As he starting to help me, another call came in. He did put this one on hold. I would recommend that maybe on busy weekend nights that there be an additional person available to check persons in.
Secondly, we got a "double room" , basically a rrom with adjoining room. It fit our need since we had 3 adults and 5 children. BBUUTTT there were only 2 sets of towels (sets meaning large towel, small towel and facecloth) with four beds that made no sense. I did call down and was given more towels. Still tho.
Lastly, i am a rewards member and really didnt get the ammenaties that rewards members are supposed to get. Would have been nice to get the water and cookies listed on the placard when you walked in."
