"Run down, the air system made noise all night, the drawer on the built in dresser wouldn’t stay shut. The room was very dark and not clean, the walls around doors filthy. I left behind a curling iron, a very expensive one. I realized when I got home that it was missing and called right away. They did take care of sending it to me via my cost, which was fine. What wasn’t OK, it came to me broken. So either the person that packaged it or the cleaning crew broke it and didn’t say anything. When I talked to the GM, he put it on me for leaving it behind and it wasn’t their responsibility and even if it was their maid service, they weren’t gonna do anything about it. This is a nearly $200 hair tool. Absolutely terrible customer service, if he had been honest about how it got broke, I probably would still be disappointed, but I would let it go. I really felt like he was lying to me and he’s probably the one that dropped it. I hope it district manager sees this. I will never stay there again."
