The Cosmopolitan Of Las Vegas

"I’ve stayed at the Cosmopolitan in the past and it seems to be in need of some updating/refreshing in the rooms and hallways. The casino and restaurants are great, just a little updating in the rooms. Example, shower door didn’t close/out of alignment. Robes were stained and dirty, furniture worn. And I was supposed to get a $35 credit applied for food/beverage that I never received."

"I booked here specifically for the pool and was disappointed to see that not only was the tank empty but the slide was also closed. That was the biggest bummer of the weekend tho! While our room wasnt the nicest Ive stayed in, it was comfortable and clean. We still had a blast and really enjoyed our stay at the Golden Nugget."

"Overall it was a good stay little frustrating when our room smelled like a sewer and we needed to move rooms and the Guest services person treated us very rudely about it, it was a very frustrating situation!! we lost three hours of our day waiting on them. Overall most of the staff was very friendly"
