The room was good, a little old but clean. Good service staff at check-in and daily room service with new towels. All together a nice place.
Parking was easy and I felt very safe there. I think the parking area was well lit. The stairs that lead up to the second floor could use a little more light. Overall parking and feeling safe coming in and out of the room, I felt very safe there.

Nice room. Great bed. Cold air and hot water. Very satisfied so far.
The desk clerk was pleasant and friendly. Our king room was very clean, with plenty of seating, a large table, mini fridge and microwave. The area around the hotel is very clean with picnic tables and a nice swing for enjoying the outdoors. We also thought the location was perfect, close to restaurants and sight seeing adventures.
Keep in mind it is an older hotel so the rooms interior and design is a bit dated. But, the mattress was great, the shower was good and that’s all we were after.

The rooms were clean and comfortable the access was handicap equipped with ramps the parking was cramped but adequate the manager is friendly and helpful the location was easy in and out and close to area attractions and the downtown
Nice place for the money. Quiet area, but close to the shopping areas, and lots of places nearby to eat, which is handy since there isn't a breakfast included. The room was nice and large with a separate fridge & freezer. Bathroom was small and could use a little updating, but a great place to stay for the money.
The lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, everything was done with a smile and kindness. The room was basic, in need of some updates, but very clean. This was just a quick getaway but we would definitely stay again.
The man at the check in counter was very polite and pointed me to my room very helpfully. The price was also good. $100/night vs the cabins in town at ~$130/night if you can find one. The only thing about the room that could be better is the carpet was a little old and a little stained. The bed was very comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave worked well.
Room was just as described. Nice. Clean. I normally have trouble sleeping on a different mattress, but had no trouble here. My husband would have liked the air conditioner to have gone cooler, but i was comfortable.

Staff were very helpful in addressing problems we had during our stay. The room furniture is a bit outdated, no phone line or working phone to call front desk but the office is close to the actual rooms. Beds were more firm, which was fine for us. Parking was right by the room, always had parking available.

The room was remodeled. Had a lot of furniture. The double lamp between the beds had a wire lose and did not worry. We we reported it but no one fixed it. The phone did not work and it was reported too not fixed

Decent lodging at a premium price
Former Econolodge that’s been rebranded. The price didn’t seem appropriate for the quality of the motel. We stayed four days and unfortunately the memory foam mattress had a memory's that remembered too much to be comfortable after the first night. The room was clean and quiet.
We were there in the off season and it was quiet until the final night. Then we had kids running back and forth above us. They have one person who works the front desk, housekeeping and is probably the repairman too.
Overall the stay wasn’t bad, but seemed like a lot of money for a mediocre motel. There aren’t too many options for lodging in Mountain View, Arkansas but this is still one of the better places in town.

Location was perfect for us. Close enough to the square but also not right in town. There were several good restaurants within a very short drive from our room. We chose this motel because of the pool. I loved that it was in the back and couldn’t be seen from the main road. There were also trees around it, so if you wanted to sit in a little shade, that was a possibility.
The only negative experience we had the entire time is that our door key wasn’t working consistently. Then the owner came to let us in and bring us a new key. He said that put in the key next to her cell phone made it not work. It would’ve been good to know that from the beginning but that is absolutely the only problem that we had. The staff was very nice. The place was very clean and it was a great location
Needed a room in this area so took a stab. Would not stay here again even though the staff was very helpful. Room was dingy, moldy ironing board cover, crud in corners. Just not kept up. Same with the exterior.Bed was comfy and location was good.
