โHeritage Resort Coorg is a stunner of a property in terms of location and beauty. It is lush green with beautifully maintained outdoors and gardens. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. I must particularly compliment the staff for their helpfulness, politeness and courtesy. The view from the room is memorable and the monsoons added to the charm. โ
โApartment is very clean and Amazing and staff were very friendly and very supportive especially Naveen and Mithun. The view of Madikeri from Apartment balcony is simply brilliant and outstanding. Also this apartment is very near to Raja seat and hotel Mayuri. โ
โWhile booking hotel room it very clearly said hotel will provide 2 water bottles and hot water . However, after check-in nothing like water bottles when initially asked was denied and then after complaining next day 2 bottles were provided. Hot water is not 24hrs so we had to wait for hot water. Rooms and hotel actual state and picture provided at time of booking is just opposite. I donโt recommend this to any people traveling with family or friends โ
โPrompt service good hospitality and breakfast provided by them was delicious rooms are clean and spacious. Travel desk at al wesal is excellent they arranged our 2 day sight seeing tour which was awesome.โ
โThe surrounding is beautiful but there are many issues :
No water flow
No hot water
No power- biggest issue
Service is pathetic
Cleanliness is not maintained- bedsheets, towels everything is dirty
No shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel in bathrooms
The water spray in bathroom is broken.
Lizards, insects everywhere.
No network, wifi also fluctuates all the time.
After eating the caretaker doesnt clean the table until next day or asked.
There was leakage in the room and my bag and clothes got wet...
