"Very smooth check in and check out. Staff were polite and helpful. The hotel is centrally located in Merida Centro, walking distance to Cathedral and plaza. There are some good restaurants within a few blocks from the hotel. The standard room is a decent size with a large bathroom. Hot water, aircon, TV all worked fine. There is a small table and chair. Would have liked another chair! Included breakfast was good, nice sized pool."

Only a small café for breakfast only. The TV did not work well when we finally got someone to come up and get it to work. The location was very convenient: close to restaurants and stores and it was super easy to get an uber. The pool was in the open lobby with not much place to lay around."
