“My husband and I stayed here on a weekend while we were visiting our Queen's student daughter. It was very conveniently located a block away from her flat. Its advertised EV chargers were not yet working, which disappointed us as we wanted to charge our vehicle overnight. The front staff didn't explain what amenities were on offer or what time check-out was. The doors to the elevators up to the rooms moved very slowly. Our room was OK. I think the bed was a double and not a queen as...

“Absolutely stunning boutique hotel. The beds are 10/10, the staff are super friendly and helpful, the food is fantastic and the patio is lovely and quiet. The thermal spa in the basement is amazing. It was the highlight of my stay and worth the extra $$ (very reasonably priced imo!) I will be back!”

“The accommodation was a little far from Kingston Downtown, It was great in every way. Breakfast was really delicious. The accommodation was clean and tidy. It was good to park in front of and behind the hotel. It was easy to find a hotel. The hotel staff were friendly. However, if there's anything to be desired, it would be nice if the hotel had slippers. There's a little noise between floors. The sound of walking upstairs is pounding.”

“The hotel had a pool, which seemed to attract many large family groups. The noise from families playing in the hallways was extremely irritating. The bathroom in the room only had a shower booth, but the floors and walls felt rough with what appeared to be other people's dead skin. It made me question whether the place was cleaned at all—truly the worst. The toilet handle seemed broken and barely functional, which was very disappointing.
