"Absolutely amazing experience will stay here again. So clean, beds are so comfortable, the food was amazing at the snack bar and the restaurant, great pool and I had the most amazing experience at the spa having a Hammam and massage. The location is perfect, 7 mins away from main square, 3 mins from place Mallah where most tours pick you up from and the riad is on a really nice souk with great shops and food stalls"

"The room was clean, a decent size, and located near a few different stores. Iwas able to order Globo which is like uber eats to the hotel in case you don't feel like going out to eat for a reasonable price. The breakfast wasn't too big was there was a decent variety and you are able to order eggs cooked to your liking if you ask. Overall, it was a good stay and i would stay here again if I'm in the area. "

"Room was always cleaned, bathroom in poor condition, staff tried their best to make up, AC not needed. What spa?"

"It was basically someone’s house and they’ve moved out cos someone had booked the place. I “slept” on a mattress on the floor in what was basically a lounge. It was supposed to have more than 2 bedrooms. There were peoples bits and bobs evident. Like toothbrush and toothpaste, personal letters and such like. The lad Said was a nice guy. But the place wasn’t up to scratch. No clean bedding, no towels, dirty floors, no address details at the airport to give to customs officers who weren’t initially going to let us in to the country. The place was in the middles of nowhere, very dark when we arrived, quite intimidating really. Taxi just left us and got out of there!! We didn’t use the kitchen but the oven was very greasy and there was a smell of grease in the kitchen."

"Hotel was nice clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was all AMAZING especially Fatima she did my welcome meeting and helped in finding the best excursions and tours.The hotel spa was also AMAZING did my first hammam massage and it was great, had an amazing experience. The food was ok, being in morocco i really wanted that authentic Moroccan cooking but unfortunately the hotel was more mordern in the foods. After 2 nights and the food was the same i ate dinner out the rest of the time. Alcoholic beverages were weak and watered down even shots were watered down. The hotel does offer nightly entertainment like karaoke, shows, live band music etc. but by11pm everything is closed and over for the day. No food, drinks, nothing after 11pm. So again went out most nights. Rooms was ok clean and comfortable, even though room was cleaned daily towels and sheets were not changed had to ask for new ones. Overall ok stay hotel grounds are gorgeous and hotel is gated with security."

"The hotel lobby is superb! And it is the only thing which I can say good about this hotel. It itself is worn off. Serous reconstruction needed. Many tourists looking for getting free alcohol. Sport activities in poor condition. Poor all inclusive service. Just add some extra money for your stay and stay somewhere else at a higher price. This is just not worth it. "

"We enjoyed staying in the tent for a couple of nights for a peaceful Marrakech stay. It is a lovely place if you have a car. The animals were friendly - lots of dogs, cats, horses, birds, nature. There is a shop and restaurant on site which is very convenient. Pool and hot tub aren't open this time of year. Towels would have been nicer If they were bigger and staff didn’t clean or change towels while we stayed. "
