“Room was ok, bed was uncomfortable and the food wasn’t great”

“Kinder staff and cleaner places”

“The friendly staff are the only saving grace of this property. The hotel is very run-down and in desperate need of a full renovation. Having no running water for two days during our stay made for an unacceptable experience. To top it off, the location is inconvenient, and the hotel enforces a bizarre policy banning guests from ordering online food delivery to their rooms—something standard in almost every country we've visited. Between the infrastructure failures and restrictive rules, I cannot...

“The hotel is a distance from the centre and main attractions of Marakesh however there is shuttle provided by the hotel but beware you need to give 24 hours notice if you wish to use the service. During your stay you are entitled to use 2 ala carte dining options other than the main buffet however you must book 24 hours in advance I checked in Friday and requested to use one of the options to be told both were fully booked Saturday and one was also fully booked on the Sunday one was also closed...

“L'endroit est très sympa avec des logements atypiques, personnel très accueillant et gentils, malheureusement quelque petit cafard dans la chambre mais bon, on est en pleine nature. Je ne reviendrai pas malgré le beau endroit car propriétaire Français qui interdit le burkini alors que de base j'ai réservé ici pour que ma mère puisse profiter un minimum de la piscine et malheureusement ça n'a pas été le cas, malheureusement mentalité coloniale qui veulent l'imposer au Maroc, si vous êtes...

“Cleaner was amazing as were the lady's in the spa and at reception Other waiters and bar staff gave excuses that weren't true we were told many different reasons for the a la cart restaurant being closed the whole time we were there and the food in the main was not the best check meat is cooked through animation staff great and really nice pool always got a sun bed”

“All staffs are professional and kind, calm place for relax, well maintained with classical decoration. bit Far from city(off road, nothing near to hotel), too many insect(ant), no wifi in the room (we were biggest room), private swimming pool is dirty(we couldnt swim in there even our purpose was that) ”

“The property is 20mins out of Marrakech surrounded by building sites that’ll be finished in about 6years. The food is shocking no real authenticity and poor quality ... restraint service (paid for) only chance of decent meal The staff are a mixture half obnoxious furniture pieces the other lovely clear management issues hard to find any information when your there. Had a member of staff proposition my girlfriend. Alcohol water down and little to no real choice on all inclusive massive list of...

“No iron the toilet had wee stains and the room was very dirty. ”

“We really loved our stay here in a comfortable, hotel-like room. The hotel feels very modern compared to riads in the medina. It was nice that you can get dropped off or picked up right outside the riad, unlike in the media. The staff were friendly and were kindly available for a late-evening check-in. The location is fantastic, in a newer part of Marrakesh, near local attractions and restaurants, ATMs, etc. The area has a more local feel. It would be great to provide water in the rooms - though...

“Absolutely loved our stay at Dar 55! 🤍 This is such a beautiful, charming hotel in Marrakech. The staff are truly unbelievable — so warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. The rooms are spacious, gorgeous, and incredibly comfortable, and the pool is absolutely beautiful. The food was also incredible, and they made everything so easy by helping arrange taxi transfers and anything else we needed during our stay. Our time at Dar 55 was so relaxing and honestly just perfect from start to finish. It...

“The room was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and very nice. The taxi was unable to come to the door but Mohammed came to meet me and walk me to the Riad. It is in a local neighborhood but not with in the Medina. Mohammed got me a taxi to the Medina ans came and found me when I got lost returning. I would caution solo women travellers- the location is tricky to find.”

“Great Host and Very Relaxing”
