“Ok”

“Excelente acogida.

“All staff were very kind and accommodating. The hotel is comfortable, quiet and clean. It is conveniently located near the centre.”

“Great stay. Really friendly staff and you are right in the historic centre, which is so convenient. Can be loud because you are close to the street but that is part of the experience”

“The hotel was great for what we needed for a night and the price was very affordable. Staff were very nice and happily switched us to an inside facing room to avoid the traffic noise below. It’s an older style hotel located just two blocks from the main area so super easy to walk to all of the activities.”

“Beautiful historic building in an excellent location. Staff was the highlight of my trip. All of them were the most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered at a hotel.”

“This is a very comfortable little hotel. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The rates are also good.”

“Mr Hernandez, the owner and Blanco are very responsive to your needs. The breakfast is different everyday. They feature cuisine from different regions of Ecuador. Hotel is in the name of the facility, but it does not have a front desk. Luckily, our driver knew how to contact the concierge thru an intercom. Clarity regarding check-in would be helpful.”

“We were so happy with our one night stay at Ikala Quito. They organized a pick up for us at the airport and were very prompt with their communication in regard to organizing it for us. We were also provided with a free glass of wine with our dinner as part of our Expedia VIP status which was delightful. Mattress was very comfortable and we were upgraded to a king sized bed too. Very modern inside with lots of communal seating area that were tastefully decorated. Wish we were able to spend a...

“This is not your normal hotel room. It is a very well designed apartment! It is your home away from home. The people working there are amazing ,kind and very helpful! Very quiet and picturesque street! Close to the Historic center and the Basilica . Lots of options for restaurants close by and the coffee shop on the street is a must try ! Thank you !”
