The location is excellent – close to everything but quiet and cozy. The staff was kind, available for any questions and gave a real sense of caring and wholehearted service. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. "Lovely building in the old town, with shops and restaurants a short walk away. Friendly and helpful staff and a generous breakfast buffet with a wide variety of local and regular food options. "

"I had an extended stay (8 nights), and the staff was mostly excellent, but there were a few issues with the room tablets, getting coffee at breakfast was oddly difficult, and there was one request to use the outdoor patio at night that was denied for no apparent reason except the staff seemed like they preferred to go home rather than help"
