"Very kind helpful staff. Had useful advice on transportation and coordinated a taxi to get me to the airport in the middle of the night. My booking included breakfast which was hosted at another hotel 5 mins away with an excellent selection of breakfast items and a spectacular view of the Bosporus. "
"We really enjoyed our four-night stay at this small, stylish hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome even before we arrived.
The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is excellent — just steps from Istiklal Street and the metro, so it's very easy to get around the city.
A great bonus was the hotel’s wine cellar, offering a nice selection of Turkish wines to taste.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would happily return....

"location is superb, right on Istiklal Street and in the middle of action, a bit hard to access by car but convenient for shopping and dining, it's clean and the staff are very nice and supportive, our room had a very nice view overlooking the Bosphorus Trait."

"Perfectly located property. Walking or short taxi ride to everywhere. Staff were excellent. Zara stood out above all. She was so welcoming and helpful with lots of recommendations for what I was looking for. Really personalized service and experience. Thank you Zara for making my short time in Istanbul easy. "

Room average not much view , having said that when u are on holiday u just use ur room to sleep thats it , the views from breakfast restaurant are stunning, the staff are super friendly ,visited their spa my 1st ever turkish bath experience and would recommend it any day, Anna the masseuse was amazing ,was bit sceptical getting the bath and sauna treatment after going thru a bypass 6 months ago , but Anna made the experience amazing she ensured and checked on me if I was ok time to time and not applying too much pressure.... will return to Istanbul and without a shadow of doubt this is where I will be staying again.. Thank you for ur amazing hospitality.."
