"The heating was hard to understand and at time it got hot in the room but it cooled down when we went to bed and we slept comfortably. The kitchen was set to very good had everything we needed the entire time we were there. Bathroom was well stocked with soap towels and toilet paper. "

"The beautiful river front photo you see on the website is NOT the property or even very close to where it is. An address is not provided until you pay the extra nonrefundable cleaning fee and only right before check in time. That’s when they also supply the FOUR different codes required to access the property. No amount of codes could have made me feel safe enough to stay there. I knew right away when I pulled up that it was an awful area and downright scary! The check in email is also when they advise that the street parking is not recommended due to frequent car break ins in the area. The neighborhood appeared very run down with trash in the front yards and much in disrepair. I advised them immediately that I did not feel safe staying there and felt I had been deceived. Since it was a non refundable reservations they ignored my request and kept my money although I did eventually get the cleaning fee back. I have booked accommodations for decades through Hotels.com and never before complained like this. It is not up to the standards I would expect on this platform."
