Joseph and his wife made us feel very welcome and they shared their local knowledge over 2hat to see and where to eat. The beers should also get a mention as not only are they brewed on the premises but are free to guests.

Amongst the top experiences I've ever had staying someplace while traveling. Stumbled across Baxter's and chose it for it's location which worked for my long distance bicycle tour. Little did I know that it was going to be a great experience along with the location. Small place with REAL personality. Baxter is funny, relatable, and so easy to talk to. The beer is excellent and available. Really worth a visit, just because.
