The view and balcony off the bedroom were excellent. I woke to the sight and sound of waves. The place could use new carpeting there was a hole and really worn spots in carpet. The bed was very comfortable and my friend on the murphy bed said it was comfortable as well. The garage was always full and we had to park across the street which was good exercise but others might not like that. The restaurant was close while we were there but there was a mexican restaurant and a diner within walking distance ( a few blocks) that were really good.
Many balconies below us were vaping and we could often smell weed and one night some young kids were outside yelling loudly until 1 am. Security could have done a better job. But , Overall I would stay here again.
