Our room wasn’t ready at 4pm check in, we did not get in room until close to 7pm, we weren’t offered a discount or anything even though we had to wait on our room and my only other complaint is the sheets on all the beds felt like sleeping on tissue paper not comfortable or soft at all, when booking or staying at a high end resort I expect better than this. We stayed in a 2BR in the Brighton Tower.
