My sisters and I visited for a 4 night girls trip. The hotel is older and shows its age. However the room, pool and convenience was wonderful. The front desk opens at 10 am but the maintenance man lives on site and is very accommodating. We had an issue with our AC, and it was taken care of promptly. The lady at the front desk was also great. I didn't see any bugs or vermon during our stay, we were on the 2nd floor. I will go back.😊😇

The property is very dated and old. The beds were clean but the place looked dingy. I didn’t even want to walk on the carpet without shoes.

This was the worst hotel I have ever seen. The man that let us in was so drunk he could barely stand up. He had to hand me the keys to the lobby because he couldn’t even put a key into a lock. The whole halls and everything were completely filthy and run down. When we went into the room it smelled like bleach and mold and two cockroaches went scurrying across the floor. The door lock to the room was totally unsafe anyone could have just pushed the door open and the latch would have just fallen off. We left 20 minutes after entering the room and I messaged the property to please refund my money and I received no response.

The air conditioner didn't work there was bugs in the room the door was falling apart when we got there there was no one there to check us in we had to call a number I will never stay at a red tree inn ever and I'm going to tell everyone I know to never stay at one I paid for a room that I never stayed in we went to a different hotel.
