The property itself was very nice. There were some minor issues, like there not being blankets for the two main beds, but the beds were comfortable and the tub with jets was a good feature. Communication with Elliott was not good. There was a lot of confusion there with event things as basic as whether the office was open. The end result was that two hours of a three-day vacation were spent navigating with Elliott needlessly. We have used Elliott before and been very pleased; this was just not their finest hour. I would advised anyone following directions from them to be extremely conscientious. Perhaps it was in part because it was near the holiday; still, it impacted my family and made the trip less than it could have been.

We’ve been staying here for 15 years and this property has drastically gotten awful. For starters hardly no handicap parking and now you have to go through a realty rental property service to stay there. You have to pay a cleaning fee now and you have to clean up, take the trash out, make your own beds up and remove the linens before checkout. The bath tub had mold in it and the air was a moldy musty smell to it. Also there’s no housekeeping, they don’t provide beach towels no more and they no longer had the soaps, shampoos or toilet paper in the rooms. You had to get stuff in a bag from the realty company. My friends also stayed there and checked in another condo which hadn’t been cleaned & was filthy with a broken stove. I will never stay there again and I would highly recommend others to not stay there. Plus if you have a pet allergy, I wouldn’t stay there either bc pets are allowed there! Very disappointed customer!

Did not know when I made our reservation with Bay Watch that it would be thru Elliot Realty or else I would not have reserved. It was misleading. The check out is 10 am. I tried to get an 11 checkout due to the daylight savings time change. Elliott only gave me until 10:30 but said if housekeeping arrives, we would have to leave. This was a very pretty condo especially with the view of the ocean from the living room and bedroom. It had some draw backs. There was a bag of linens for us to dress the bed and hang towels which I didn’t mine. The sofa is too low to the floor. The pillows were flat, and I bought bleach to rid of the stench in the garbage disposal. The “inside” windows and glass doors were dirty, the floor needed sweeping from dirt and dust particles and the condo did not smell fresh. Not sure why we were charged a $91 cleaning fee when upon reserving when we didn’t even get a clean condo. All the apps and good TV channels only played in the bedroom. The living room TV only had minimal channels. The day after we arrived, a lady from Elliott came around 2 pm to drop off a blanket. There were two blankets in the closet. It made me uncomfortable because if we were not there, this person could come and go through our things. The condo next to ours was vacant but an alarm clock went off exactly at 10:30 pm the 3 nights of our stay and it blared for 2 hours. The hotel and Elliot Realty both said it wasn't theirs. Lastly, housekeeping showed at 9:30 am.

The entire unit needs to be renovated. I was most disappointed with the conditions. It was also very dirt when we arrived. The best part of the stay was the fact that the property is beach front and the pool. Elliott reality was awesome and comminuted well with us. We would not go back to this property.

Brutal stay

It was a nightmare. My mom had to check out 1 day early. The rental company didn't provide us with any information about getting into the condo. It took until 9pm to even check in. The door to the room was very complicated and my mom has dementia. She couldn't get out to go to any meals being afraid that she won't be able to get back into her room. The room was on the "penthouse" floor but was mediocre. The rug in the living room was curled up at one corner, perfect for someone to trip on. The door to the balcony had a very high bottom to step over. My mom didn't feel safe going out there without tripping. The unit wasn't very clean and the bed was very lumpy. She asked me to get her after just one night (actually after about 15 hours in the room total). She wanted to be there on the anniversary of my dad's would be 86th birthday. He passed away 2 years ago. What a nightmare for her.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
rooms were not ready check in was at 3pm we got the room at 5pm sheets and towels at 8pm when we checked with Elliott. we were told it is a holiday weekend. If this is Elliott's service I sure don't want to book though then again.
