Staff was nice room was pretty dirty and the tv in one room was broken great view from the balcony but it was super nasty as well .

Dishes and restroom had mold, kitchen floor was always wet I don’t know why because i kept drying it, the floor had a lot of sand before we got there, mattress was uneven and really uncomfortable… TVs did not work, curtains did not cover all of the windows… parking space is so small my truck did not fit on the entrance to the basement.

The exterior appeared fine. Great location but the INSIDE. The kitchen tabled scratched ALL OVER. The BED (OH GOD!!!) DISTURBING, I CANNOT BELIEVE they rented this unit with a HUGEEEE HOLE IN THE CENTER OF THE BED....(THE HOLE WAS THE SIZE OF THE KITCHEN TABLE.) Semen shots on the sheets and comforter and on the sofa. I was soooo disgusted. I'd paid for a 30 day stay...my skin couldn't take it, I couldn't sleep because the linen was soooo disgusting...I cried the entire night as I had driven hours to get there from Atlanta (EXHAUSTED), only to walk into heavily dusty and nasty room. I wish I could attached the photos, smh it was repulsive and the CURTAIN rods were broken, the sliding door had so much gunk in the slided smh I called for fresh linen and reported my findings, it was the NEXT DAY before someone brought up clean linen...THAT 1 NIGHT I HAD TO STAY THERE, I slept in the hard chair careful NOT TO touch a thing. I was so uncomfortable and to make things worse, the following day, I was able to call a Manager and she "TOLD ME", that "Margo" has approved for you to receive a FULL REFUND via email. Later that afternoon, a guy was informed to tell me that per the "OFFICE MANAGER" said, "No, she stayed there (1) night, we will be charging her." WHAT NERVE!!! That was a night that should have been paying me FOR STAYING IN THAT DUMP. I wish I could say that my visit was good, it was a NIGHTMARE and they CHARGED ME FOR IT.

NOTE: Our hotel room was through Elliot rentals. No linens/blankets, towels, pillows. We were promised they would be delivered ASAP. They never were (Until the next day) so we spent the night sandy and dirty unable to shower. Did not have a blanket to sleep under and used a small chair pillow to sleep on. Lights in bathroom and blow dryer did not work. We would have brought our own blow dryer had we known. Chairs at the table were all falling apart. The legs were loose on all of them. The place was very dirty. Under the cabinets where the pans were stored have not been cleaned in quite some time. Found pills under the table when we moved it out of the way to open a moldy pull-out couch that had raisins in it and chip crumbs. Found used diabetic test strips in the bottom of the garbage. Hair all over the bathroom. Key card to access building did not work. We were locked out of the facility and needed to wait outdoors until someone else came out. Had to walk down the street and ask the man at the hotel desk, at 1130pm, for active key cards (we had gone through a rental company) He stated they hadn't used the cards the company gave us in MONTHS. One pool and 2 hot tubs weren't in use and drained. A maintenance man did come and bring us linens the second day (We Only stayed 2 nights) and he fixed the broken bathroom faucet and wobbly chairs while there. Theres a lot more....And unfortunately I am unable to upload my photos.
