"We had a great family stay during our trip to Myrtle Beach. The hotel was very family-friendly, and my kids especially enjoyed the pool area. The convenient location near the beach made it easy for us to go back and forth without having to drive or carry everything a long distance. Being so close to both the pool and the ocean was one of the best parts of our stay. The rooms and hotel amenities worked well for our family, and overall, we felt comfortable during our visit. However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. Seating around the pool was limited, especially during the busier parts of the day, so it was sometimes difficult to find a place to sit while the kids were swimming. The check-in process was also longer than expected, and the check-in office was located across the street from the actual hotel. This was a little inconvenient, especially after traveling with children and luggage. Despite those issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning because of the family-friendly atmosphere, enjoyable pool, and excellent beach access."

"Traveled with family (including 16 and 20 year old "kids"). Property was well maintained and nicely updated, and everyone we interacted was very nice and friendly (except for the bartender at the outdoor bar, who seemed to hate his job). Just be aware that it's not really a hotel, meaning the service and perks aren't quite the same, although you'll definitely still get the hotel prices for food and drink. Be prepared - they'll try to sell you at check in on attending a 90 minute seminar/tour to get you to buy in as a unit owner. We also thought it was weird that there were typically very few staff around. For example, I didn't see a single staff member by the pool until it was nearly closing time our last night. There is also a helicopter pad that runs tourist flights located very close by. Meaning that while you're sitting by the pool you'll not only get the occasional jet taking off rattling the windows as it takes off, but a non stop stream of helicopters buzzing overhead reminiscent of a Vietnam war movie. Not very relaxing. It's a nice place (room was spacious and nice) and like I said, staff was helpful and professional, just be aware it's a little different vibe."

"The hot tub was nice and it's inside which I loved. When you arrive be mindful of the entrance, it's very narrow and shallow. Part of the property is on the ocean side but most of it's across the street. The lazy river was nice. We only stayed one night so I would have given more stars but wasn't there long enough for that experience."

"We celebrated our 48 anniversary there.The food was good at the restaurant.I had crab legs,my husband had fish and the dinner was at a reasonable price.We hung out at the pool but could still see the beach area and it was nice.Our room did not get cleaned while we were there but we had adequate amount of towels for our 2 night stay."
