“The front desk staff was very professional and friendly. The hotel was well maintained and clean. We look forward to staying at the Whalers Hotel again.”

“Venti”

“I really enjoyed the stay. The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive. My complaint is very specific. You either have to accept heat or accept air conditioning. Apparently my comfort level was riding the line between the two. You can't just choose AC or heat. The heat or AC decides the temperature of the room. Confusing??? Yes!!!! The controls are interconnected.”

“The staff was extremely polite and knowledgeable about mystic!”

“In town to visit family for a couple days. Staff was friendly and provided a fast and easy check-in. The hotel is older but well maintained. My room was very clean and quiet. No complaints at all. Will be back when in the area.”

“Lovely place, sadly we only booked one night and arrived after dark , so didn't really have chance to use all the amenities, kayak's etc . The cabin we stayed in was lovely , and great communication from the staff ( Deb ) and recommendations for coffee & breakfast the following morning . Would stay again if in the area .”

“Outdated but great price”

“Erin and Josh do a wonderful job and put a lot of love into their inn between the service, food, decor, cleanliness and personalization of their guest stay! Such a good find”

“Loved the bold coffee”
