“Arrived after dark, had to follow a path outlined on a paper with magic marker. Dark, very poor lighting down three flights of stone steps. Difficult at 77 with suitcase.”

“Very friendly staff and location was convenient. We stayed over 4th of July and the staff allowed us to use their lawn chairs and reserved space for us to watch the Hollister firework show directly behind the inn. Our seats were perfect to watch the fireworks that evening and we had an enjoyable stay. We will be back again”

“The faucet in the bath needs to be replaced. It had white and blue calcium stain buildup (and lots of it), which I wouldn’t expect from a high-end resort. It’s very inexpensive to replace a bath faucet and it’s one of those first impression details guests look at. It was really nice to have the extra seating inside the common area, I would just recommend you add a reliable Ice maker. A mini ice-maker that gives just a few ice cubes isn’t that great. Only other ice was about 20 ice cubes...

“Location was excellent. Staff seldom seen and had to call to check out as no one on site. Room musty, poorly cleaned and needed attention and repairs. Amenities minimal. Would not recommend or stay there again.”

“The disappointment was deception in advertising. You should know there is NO staff. You check in with codes that you receive via text. It's a touchless, faceless experience. No common areas. Zero chance at any customer service. It's a new type of "hospitality" that is AI driven and has no personal interaction or touch. All tech. Photos make the rooms and facilities look bigger than they are. It very much reminded me of a college dorm. 3-4 stories but no elevator. Narrow halls and steps....

“Very friendly staff! Great price.”
