"The hotel was great for the price. The room was clean with a lot of space, and there was a free breakfast buffet downstairs. The staff was respectful, and the hotel was so quiet at night, even though we were near the casino. I can’t wait to come back the next time I return to Connecticut."

"Beautiful spa and hotel. Comfortable beds. Ascot pub is great. Didn't try the others. Free shuttle to Mohegan Sun s a nice perk. I only put 'good' for a few things. And only because I feel at this price point, you're paying for attention to small details like messy caulk in my bathroom, broken tiles in the spa pool,and room service forgot utensils and said they'd be back in a minute but I had to call 15 minutes later and by then my food was cold (and wasn't cheap). If this was half the price I'd never bring this up but there's certainly expectations at higher price points. And the spa should try to control people's volumes & phones while inside. I know they cannot control what people do, but something posted or staff reminders of this at check in would hike go a long way. All in all, very luxurious, good staff, great amenities in both the spa and hotel. A-"
