"Best of our trip! You recover cows-need I say more! Breakfast and dinner was loaded with tons of options ( vegetarian too)high quality, locally sourced and homemade dishes. We rented a cabin type room. The only down side was that there wasn’t tv. Loved exploring Mývatn nature and going to the baths too. The staff and animals made this place really special "

"Wonderful hotel with excellent amenities - hot tubs, pool table, darts and even their own beer (the porter was very good)! They alerted us quickly when the northern lights were showing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, with lots of options. We had a fantastic stay, thank you!"

"Modern. Rooms were so comfortable. Windows to see outside were amazing. Restaurant was excellent. The bar and lounging area seemed great, though we didn’t get to experience it. We would stay here again."
