"직원들의 친절."

"객실은 넓고 깨끗했고 주방이 잘 되어 있어 가족단위 여행객에게 아주 좋습니다. 수영장에도 슬라이드도 있고 각 시간대별로 activity 가 많아 아이들이 놀기에 좋습니다. 단점은 샤워물의 온도가 뜨거웠다 차가웠다 해서 불편했습니다. 또한 로비의 직원들은 친절했지만 레스토랑의 직원들은 별로 친절하지 않았고 눈을 맞추기가 어려워 추가 주문을 하기 어려웠어요. "

"I stayed for three nights with the all-inclusive option. Breakfast and dinner were served at the same restaurant, so I got bored of eating the same food for three days. Lunch was available in only one restaurant. The all-inclusive package included a separate drink menu, so I ordered from that. However, the invoice the staff gave me upon checkout listed a lot of additional drink charges. I only ordered drinks from the all-inclusive menu, so when I asked why I had to pay extra, they cut the total lists in half. When I checked the remaining lists again, they cut it in half again. It seems like the staff doesn't fully understand the all-inclusive package and aren't providing customers with the right information."

"호텔위치가 공항근처이다 보니 데나라우 아일랜드 까지 거리 가 멀어서 오고가기가 힘들었어요. 택시비는 너무 비싸고..가능하다면 셔틀버스 같은게 있음 좋았겠다 생각했어요. 수영장이 너무 작아서 애들이 놀다보니 공간이 없더라구요. 방을 청소해주고 수건을 않줘서 이상했는데 몇시간 후에 나중에 주러 왔구요. 침구가 흰색인데 너무 오래된듯했어요. 하지만 전반적으로 다 좋았어요"
