"Fantastic stay. An easy walk from nagano station with many dining and shopping options in the area. Lockers were provided to store valuables and there was plenty of space under the beds to store larger bags. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. "

"Hotel Metropolitan Nagano is directly connected from Nagano Station which is a gateway to lots of sightseeing spots. Service was impeccable, breakfast abundant and scrumptious, location so central to shopping and dining. The only thing I wish this hotel would have is a spa with public bath/sauna. With cold winter in Nagano, hot bath would make the stay perfect. Otherwise, I enjoyed everything about my stay at this hotel. "
