"Furnishings are a little worn, but clean. We ended up in a smoking room but they provide a VERY effective and inoffensive deodorizer. Great value and very convenient and quiet. "

"Hotel is far away from the city centre but there is a complimentary shuttle bus to the station.Only one staff member was professional and kind to help at any time her name is Tomom Nagasava. Breakfast and dinner were the same but tasty . The onsen on the 3rd floor was clean."

"Disappointing to say the least, bathrooms were dirty, lack of amenities, no kitchen to cook at all??. Stayed in many hostels and this would be one of the worst I’ve stayed in. Location is the only good thing."

"Amenity choices are wide. The frontdesk staff is super polite and efficient. The location and parking area is closed to main train station which is very convenient. The parking fee is ¥800 which is even lower than some smaller city. Good deal!"
