The hotel was really close to the airport and people in the hotel was totally fine to move suitcases with the airport's cart. The area was very quiet and clean, however, restaurant options were kind of limited once you leave the airport.

The reception staff is very good. The room and facilities in the room are worth the price paid. The light in the room is a bit dim but it's okay. The hotel bus driver was very helpful. Overall, everything is very good. I am very impressed.

Absolute top hotel nearby Nagoya airport. Excellent location. Rooms very big for Japan. All facilities in house so no need to go out. Breakfast fantastic with plenty of choice for western or asian tastes, even a cook to make eggs to your wishes as you wait.

Daughters birthday getaway.

Everything was great. From check in to check out. From lobby to the room. Very clean. Room is very spacious. I love the set up. Employees are very friendly and accommodating.

Not for Rainy Days

Not a hotel u want to stay during rainy season. It’s an uncovered walk to the hotel and they don’t even bother to answer your phone most of the time. When they do, a male manager told me they do not provide any shuttle bus at all so I’m on my own. We found out upon checking in after 2 hours of wait at the airport that they do have shuttle bus at certain hours. The male manager didn’t even bother to speak to me when checking in when he clearly heard what I was complaining about. He is rude and unlike any Japanese hotel I’ve stayed. On the plus side the rooms are nice .

Convenient for jet boat to Tsu across the bay. Weird shuttle. Can drop you off at aIrport but not pick you up. You have to walk through concourse and enclosed walkway to end up 400 neters from hotel. There's where the bus can pick you up. But by that time you might as well walk the rest of the way.

A nice gateway with an ocean view

Everyone was very helpful at the front desk. We ate at a restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere with a view of the bay. Liked: 1. It was an easy walk from the airport, (although the sings were not very helpful especially once you have left the “Access Plaza.”) 2. Free (ample) parking 3. Separate bathroom and bathtub 4. Quiet 5. Helpful and accommodating staff 6. Three elevators 7. Service at the restaurant 8. Non smoking facility 9. 10% off dining for overnight guests 10. Barrier free layout of the room Wish list: 1. Chairs by (and inside) the elevator would have been helpful for elderly guests 2. A small table in the room would have been helpful. The writing desk was not too functional for some reason. We used a luggage rack as a table. 3. Additional coasters in the room (we only found the ones in the bathroom.) 4. We parked near the smoking area in the parking lot without not knowing its presence. Wish it had been in a more remote area 5. Take out portion for breakfast for early departures

It was an easy 10 minute walk to the airport where we had dinner. The breakfast was delightful with a lot of choices. The room was spacious. I had a hot shower followed by a soak in the tub before heading for our plane. Definitely will use this hotel on my next trip to Aichi Ken.

They had so many amenities. Grab to go food and beverage area, Bar lounge and a restaurant. I also like the fact that they had a fitness gym to work out early in the morning. The rooms are clean and the king size bed is so comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful and I appreciate that i got to take a bath using the bath salt provided.
