The staff were fantastic and extremely accommodating, they were always so nice and happy to see you! The hotel was always clean and served a wonderful breakfast. It is close to lots of shops and restaurants so it is easy to walk everywhere, also it is close to the train station which is convenient. The rooms are small but very nice and have everything you need for your stay. I would for sure stay again.

Great bunk room for family of four (adults). Spacious with table and bench seating. Separated out bathroom making multi-uses possible. Nice bath/spa space. Great breakfast. Under 10 minute walk from train station.

This was a great stay! Easy to communicate with staff in English and breakfast was fantasic. One of my favorites in Japan. Great location, close to train/bus stations as well as a super market that has great food options! Highly reccomend

A gem! One of the best hotels we stayed in for our entire trip to Japan. Very clean with all of the amenities you’d expect in Japan. They even had smart tvs which none of the other bigger hotels we stayed in had. And the staff were fantastic, very helpful and spoke very good English.

Breakfast is so worth it. Walking around in socks is pretty fun. The hotel staff is very friendly and can understand English well. The room was perfect for my needs. No hesitation to stay here again if I come back. You’ll find bus stops and the train station as well as good food options that they provide in the brochure in walkable distance.

The property is tucked away on a quiet side street; the staff were friendly and wonderful, and the property is clean and neat. Definitely a great choice for someone looking for a no-frills, but very nice and clean property!

靴で居室まで行かれず、スリッパを使う必要があるというのは悪くないアイデアだと思いますが、それであれば、玄関のところにスリッパを置いておくなどの対応が必要と思います。

このアプリで2泊3日でホテルを予約したが1泊しか取れておらず追加の料金を支払わされました。 事前にホテルへ電話でも確認したのですが当日1泊しか取れていなかったのがとても残念でした。 2度とこのアプリでホテル予約は取りません。

We couldn’t add breakfast! It’s not possible for a place like that. Also we could not find a place where to eat dinner because the hotel doesn’t reserve for the customers of the hotel.

Aesthetically beautiful and a short walk from the station. Lovely street front with plenty of dining options close by. Small rooms very well designed. Japanese breakfast decent; western breakfast not so. Staff very friendly and personable with decent English.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'hôtel il est proche d'excursions agréable (la fameuse randonnée jusqu'à Nagiso 7h à pied,le musée Hiroshige dans la ville de Ena juste à côté, toujours dans la même ville un petit train vous amène dans un vieux village magnifique bref ! Best place to stay in Nakatsugawa, close to everything and the cleanest nicest hotel in town. Small rooms, but had laundry facilities and everything needed for a comfortable and thoughtful atay

Nice hotel
The room we stayed in had a large twin bed size seating area, but the room itself was very tight to walk around. The staff were all very friendly and wonderful. I tried their public spa, but I was told to bring my wet towel back to my room where I didn’t find a space for it. Wish they had a place to leave the used towels in the spa area. Although the hotel floor seemed clean, the 5th floor we stayed on, the pathway to our room smelled like some dog xxxxx neutralizing cleaning spray. Overall I had mixed feelings about this place.
