"Staff at the desk was less than welcoming. Our room smelled musty and our bathroom was dirty. I went out and got cleaning supplies to clean it myself. Around the base of the toilet was disgusting and hair in the sink. This is our second time staying there. Our first time was ok. Don’t think we will return after this trip."

"Everything was quick and easy. Staff was kind and considerate. Breakfast, standard fare, clean and plenty. If wanting a late check out, be sure to request front desk to write that on your room info for morning housekeeping to know not to open your door."

"We love this hotel chain because of the room size and design. The kitchen is a wonderful benefit! Coffee in a real china mug is a treat and an actual fridge to keep our beverages in was a real plus. The room clean and large enough to feel like we weren't crammed in a hotel room. We didn't use the pool, but we really enjoyed the healthy breakfast options on the breakfast bar. The staff was cheerful and helped me transfer my points to my Honors programs. A good experience all around."

"The room. Was very and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was most helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. A big shoutout to the Breakfast attendant, who made a plate of bacon for my husband! This was our second stay and highly recommend.."
