The Beachside

"We enjoyed our stay at Beachside. The staff was not overly friendly but still very nice. The rooms are on the small side especially the bathroom. Not uncomfortable, but small. About an easy mile walk to town. The pool was a real plus. The property was recently renovated, which was nice. Parking very convenient. We would absolutely stay there again. Great for couples and families. Please upgrade the continental breakfast and the coffee. If you like it strong, skip the coffee and head to town. The Provisions has great coffee and pastries."
The Cottages at Nantucket Boat Basin

"Great place if you are coming by boat. Located right on the marina in Nantucket. Two minutes from Main St where all the stores and restaurants are located. The hotel provides transportation to town and to the beaches (not to or from the airport). Cottages are tiny but well maintained. By tiny I mean there is not even place for night stands in the bedroom with a queen size bed (only one tiny bed side table) and no bedside light. Sound insulation is terrible - you can hear the people talking walking by and loud noises from the other floor of your house. Most cottages are two story with separate rooms on the first and second floor, and you can hear people on the other floor. Other than that they are cute and centrally located"
