Nicely appointed rooms and a really good location close to the old town, port and transport hubs. Comfy beds and good size rooms. Bath in the bedroom is not to our personal taste but I know is very popular these days. The breakfast was good and there was a good quantity. You order it the night before as the breakfast room is v small. I think for longer stays you might struggle with the variety. Staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a lovely old apartment building so you get an experience as well as a good nights rest.

Stayed Feb 6 to Feb 11. We had a fantastic experience. The rooms were nice with all the basic amenities including balcony with city view. The location is in the center of all museums and activities. The bar/cafe Bruno around the corner was wonderful for breakfast, lunch or dinner with outdoor seating. There was a convenience store around the corner as well and atm. The reception desk was always reachable with questions and you could also whatsapp them. They were very accomodating when our flight was canceled and put us up for another night without overcharging us even for upgraded room. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. I would choose to stay here again next time we come to Naples! Highly recommend.

This is a great hotel. Very modern and clean in a classy office building and good location near the historic district. The service was great and friendly by everyone. Special thanks to the concierge Marco for going above and beyond with suggestions on restaurants, tours and easiest directions to get to the things we wanted to do. All the restaurants he suggested were very good and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend and will stay there again.

We highly recommend this hotel due to the location, modernity and overall cleanliness of the premises. We recommend you book a room with a terrace (where we ate our meals). Marco, one of the front desk agents, is a standout professional. Among, other things, Marco helped us get oriented to Napoli, secured us last minute accommodation at the hotel for an extra night stay, and kindly, rapidly, assisted us when our taxi to the train station did not show up. Marco made our stay very memorable and we thank him again.

The area around the property is dirty. Naples is dirty and the area is noisy. The Grey was lovely and the staff was helpful and attentive. We were impressed with the staff and how quickly they were willing to help with anything needed.

Beautiful little hotel. We had room 301 off the small dining room. Our room was dual aspect with two sets of doors leading onto 2 small balconies. Room was spacious and had ample storage for a short break. Contemporary decor creating a relaxing space. Lovely bathroom with a large shower. The bed was very comfortable. Even though we were overlooking the busy main road, it was remarkably quiet. The air-conditioning would be really useful in the hotter summer months. The room was equipped with a mimi fridge, safe and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were all brilliant, friendly and so helpful. Would say our stay in the hotel was just about perfect.

The Grey was very beautiful from a look. However, you could tell some of the appliances/wall was scuffed and damaged. You could tell things were wearing out. The wall had shoe/luggage wheel marks. The corner of the rooms were damaged due to high traffic area. The shower head had a lot of calcium buildup and the bath floor had some scums. My fiancés pillow had brown/red stains on it. Despite the cleanliness, the staffs were nice and accommodating. They helped us book our ride to our airport as well.

Clean, modern small “hotel”, only 6 rooms I think? . On the 3rd floor of an old building with a tiny old lift - big bags, big people would be an issue. Shower space in my room would also be an issue for big people - long and narrow . 18 “/ 45cm x 36”/ 100cm . I couldn’t stand sideways in the shower. Rooms well insulated from outside noise , but I could hear every word of phone conversations going on in the next room , and I am sure my morning alarm woke their baby ( sorry ). Hotel does describe itself as a “B&B”, but I unintentionally managed to book just the room, and breakfast was going to be an extra 15 Euros. Good area between the station / university and main tourist attractions- all walkable . Lots of cafes and restaurants- which was great .

Great place!

Fabulous B&B on the 3rd floor of a historical building. Great location - easy walk up into the historical center, easy walk from the central train station. Room was large, elegent, clean and super comfortable. Great AC and lovely bathroom. Daniel and Michael were lovely and helpful. Naples is a super interesting city; highly recommend.

The hotel is absolutely great The room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The hotel was a lovely oasis set in the historic center and a 15 minute walk from the marina where you can catch the ferries. It is within close walking distance to a lot of great places to eat and if you need to go further the train station is not too far away. There is also a continental breakfast that we didn’t get to enjoy because we were out and about too early each day but seemed to have good options.

It was perfect for a 2 night stay. It is on the 3rd floor with old fashion elevator, we used the stairs having come from Positano , which is all stairs everywhere 😀. The room itself is to the modern side being all in cement with all floors painted factory grey and the walls of the washroom and shower . For ur we found it a bit cold . Still was just what we needed and it works.

Our stay at the stay (2 nites) surpassed our expectations. The room and bed was very comfortable. When we arrived we were quickly given a tour of the facilities and hints of stuff to visit (with maps). The breakfast was very good... they even made us scrambled eggs! We had to leave early before breakfast to catch our flight: they made us sandwiches for the trip... Wow!

I got a standard room, while I had paid for a superior one. I only got refunded part of the difference after I complained to hotels.com. Room was located right at the entrance of the hotel in front of the reception desk. With no way to lock the door from the inside it didn’t fell safe. Room was not very appealing with cheap looking furniture. The tiny shower is barely suitable for an average adult. There is a Nespresso machine in the room : first pod is complimentary… extra pods are 2 euros each.
