โThis property was in a great location. Away from the main highway. Directly on the water. The rooms were client and comfortable. I loved the chairs outside the front door to overlook the property and the water. The location is so quiet and peaceful. Only complaints would be that you can definitely hear the people above you if you are staying on the bottom floor. I would have loved a coffee pot in the room. I did find out on my last day there that there was coffee and muffins in the dining...
โThis is a lovely old inn in a small town. Lots of charm and interesting dรฉcor with wonderful, helpful staff. We also ate at the restaurant twice โ one great meal and one ok. But very nice ambience. Keep in mind that this is not some cookie cutter chain hotel. Note about the area, there are several restaurants/bars within walking distance. But not on a Sunday!โ
โRoom was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location. Easy to walk around the town. No need to drive. Very quiet and clean in Penn Yan.

โModern, New property with many thoughtful touches: lots of hooks for hanging towels and clothes, large swivel big screen TV, nice lakefront grounds, guest laundry facility with mobile payment. Most of all. The staff was exceptional: Friendly and helpful. โ
โWe stayed in the newly renovated cottage โWhite Houseโ which is very spacious and clean with fully equipped kitchen. My daughter loves the chicken coop and small vegetable garden behind the cottage. The owner and staff were very friendly and treated us very nicely! The area is a bit remote and away from the town center with limited dinning options. If we come back again we will likely stay in the inn which is the main house with lots of interesting artifacts and also the benefit of homemade...

We arrived late due to traveling. The gentleman at the desk was very welcoming. We appreciated the lemon water in the lobby and a list of local restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and white and clean. The bathroom was stocked with everything and clean and white. We felt very safe. We will most definitely be returning!โ
