The staff was amazing and attentive (especially Hamid and Kevin), the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible, the bedding was great, and the grounds made you feel like you were on a retreat. “Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were well maintained and had an authentic feel, although the shower was a bit difficult to keep at a consistent temperature. Beds were comfy. Pool was a bit chilly. The location was a bit of a drive from Arenal and La Fortuna, so I was glad that we had rented a vehicle to get around. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would certainly recommend to others...

“We came here for honeymoon and the place was really cute, private, tucking in a rain forest. Staffs were knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast in another property which you need a car to or they would pick you up. Menu was fantastic, lots of options, with great view of the volcano, thus honestly the best breakfast we had in the entire trip. We were so sad leaving this magical place. Only thing to suggest was that wifi was kinda weak in our room, but other than that, super happy with our stay.”
