"We had a wonderful stay at the International Garden Hotel Narita. The convenience of having a 7-11 inside the hotel and a mini mart outside were nice for a quick snack and frozen treat on the hot day we were there. The shuttle to and from the airport were very on time, easy to find and we had clear instructions. The time from airport to hotel is around 25 mins and hotel to airport 30 mins, so plan accordingly. Take the time to walk to the Narita gardens nearby, truly breathtaking and serene....

They have some very comfortable beds and great pillows you can buy. The breakfast buffet at the hotel is excellent with Japanese and Western options. There is also a free shuttle for guests to Narita airport which is an another excellent perk. Very solid value. "
