I want to give the best review possible, but find that a challenge. The staff I dealt with were very kind and wanted to be helpful. It did not appear they had enough staff or property support from management.
Check in was backlogged for several people due to understaff on the change-over crew...that happens. The process for communicating between front desk and staff was AWFUL. Desk attendant had to continue to leave the front desk unstaffed to go check on the status of the room. No cell phone? No walkie talkie? Front desk was left unattended for at least 20 min. Staff wasn't wearing name tags so I couldn't address them by name. They did want to help but didn't ever really have specific time when room would be ready.
Bathrooms were clean and had shampoo conditioner and soap. Kitchen counter was clean. Stove top was old looking and stained. Coffee pot had not been cleaned and had leftover coffee ring in it. Carpet had stains. First day of 2 day stay a carpet cleaning service did come to shampoo and all but 1 of the stains disappeared. (this must have been scheduled as it was not our request). Lack of attention to detail everywhere..crooked sign in lobby, lampshades in room. Living room tv got no channels. 1 bedroom tv worked..LIMITED CHANNELS, almost n ot worth it...old TVs. WiFi was sufficient for us to stream a couple of shows on our small ipad. Beds were clean. Kitchen floor was sticky and dirty. We didn't feel comfortable going barefoot.
