"金額も大人2子供2の素泊まりでは良心的。気になったのは無料で借りれる望遠鏡の使い方がわからず貸し出す時にも説明が無かったのが残念。袋には説明書があったが読んでもわからず。無料でも出来れば見える状態での貸し出しにして欲しいです。展望風呂で肉眼でも星見えて流れ星も見れたので満足です。また利用したいです"

"ペットを連れて初めての宿泊で不安もありましたがワンちゃんへの配慮が沢山あり驚きました。入口はもちろん色んなところにお手入れ道具など設置してあり非常に助かりました。もっと驚いたのがレストランですが、スタッフの皆さんがワンちゃんに動じることなく配膳し仕事をこなしてる姿に感心しました。配膳がひと段落すると飽きてきたワンちゃんに声をかけてください大変助かりました。みなさんに感謝です。"

Grand Mercure Nasu Highlands Resort & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"Area was quite remote and you need a car to get around Nasu as there is nothing in walking distance, however snacks and drinks were complimentary each day at set hours, mineral outdoor onsen/spar was perfect and staff were amazing. Airconditioning was disappointing as it was preset with the main hotel and could not change temperature only adjust fan. Views were amazing from the restaurant and breakfast bar. Many young children when we stayed as the hotel focuses on kids with indoor and outdoor playground. Overall very nice hotel with amazing staff and great place to base yourself and explore Nasu with a car. "
