The hostal is not a typical hotel. This one is a single family house.The room is small but the bed are clean and large.

Sandra and everyone was really nice. The room was spotless and so cozy. Stayed here before and after backpacking in Torres del Paine and the hostel is really convenient if you are taking the bus, as the terminal is close by.

We stayed at Hostal Lago Cóndor for 4 nights. Great location as short walk from bus station. The room was well kept and the staff were so friendly. I injured myself during the trip and they helped with ice packs and other medicinal products. Would recommend to anyone doing day tries to Torres Del Paine.

Close to the bus station, which was practical for an early morning trip to Torres del Paine. Mini market and a great bakery/pizza place also closeby. The room itself was comfortable, I only missed the possibility to boil water for tea/coffee and a bedside light.

We loved the entire space. Such nice touches and places one could enjoy outside of the room, talking to friends on the phone or reading a book. We left early in the morning to catch the 8:30 am catamaran and the host prepared for us breakfast to go (sandwich, yogurt, juice box and chocolate wafers). There is a tiny convenience store in a minute distance (got there bananas because the supermarket was sold out of them). I was worried about parking but the three times we needed a spot we had no problems. The only regret is that we did not get to spend more than 1 night!

Our apartment was lovely, and we appreciated them letting us leave our bags whilst we did the w trek. Was all very clean, really good heating system and conforming decor. Downsides were the very noisy construction going on in the yard outside our apartment, which went on until 9pm on Friday and nearly 10pm on Saturday, which felt quite inconsiderate. Also, the apartment was advertised as coming with free breakfast and breakfast was a big factor in why we chose the hotel. However, on arrival we were informed that breakfast was only actually available to guests staying in the hotel rooms, not the apartment (which is actually more expensive). We tried to explain that our apartment was advertised as free breakfast and showed a conversation with hotels.com also confirming it, but she was just dismissive of that. Seemed a silly policy, and very misleading to advertise falsely about offering free breakfast.

I do not enjoy writing bad reviews but I think it’s very misleading that this place has a rating of 4.5 stars. I stayed for 6 nights and never once was my room cleaned. I had to ask for fresh towels twice during my stay as well as toilet paper and my trash cans became so full as they were never emptied. The shower curtain was stained and dingy as it is not washed between guests and many of the blankets and pillows had stains and looked gross as I’m sure they are also not laundered with each new guest. Breakfast was never mentioned during check in nor was the option to get a boxed breakfast to go if leaving for an early morning tour (which I did 4 of the 5 days I stayed here) even though it’s explicitly advertised on the website along with daily housekeeping. Reception hours are whenever the owner feels like being there; I went down at 10:30 am one morning to bring down towels and get fresh ones and the place was completely locked up. The only way to get ahold of anyone is through WhatsApp and even then I didn’t get a response. The hotel is surrounded by dogs that bark nonstop late at night; even with earplugs I could hear them. So if you think you’ll be staying somewhere quiet because it’s further away from town you’ll just be disappointed when you’re woken up every night at midnight to multiple dogs barking nonstop that are literally right next to the hotel. Longer review on Google detailing what a disaster this place is.
