This is a wonderful B&B. The rooms are charming and loaded with art and antiques. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed with everything you’d need.

Colleen is the most gracious hostess, she met us at the door on arrival and gave us a tour of her beautiful home. She made us feel like we were family. Sunnyside is full of beautiful paintings and antiques. We were free to roam the house and enjoy the libraries and other rooms at our leisure. The beds were soooo comfortable!

Absolutely wonderful. Very nice house. Tastefully decorated with a lot of oil paintings and antiques . Coleen was an excellent host. Breakfast was a fruit cup with yogurt, chicken and waffles, coffee and juice. Big and Belle were loving fur babies. Absolutely a 10+.

Wonderful house. We are looking at purchasing a historic house in Natchez and Colleen filled us in on the real estate in Natchez. Excellent breakfast and conversation. The antiques and furnishings are exceptional! We’ll be back.

Colleen is a wonderful host. She was eager to provide for any of our needs. She provided much information to help us make the most of our stay in Natchez. Sunnyside B&B is exceptional. Colleen makes you feel welcome from 1st greeting to last goodbye. She shares ALL of her beautiful home so you can enjoy reading and relaxing by one of several fireplaces in a cozy chair. The home is filled with beautiful antiques but is liable, not a museum but cozy, comfortable, reenewing to your soul. Her breakfasts are amazing and delicious. You will feel spoiled, all while close to everything in Natchez. Treat yourself and stay in this hidden gem on 10 acres. On a 5 star rating system, Sunnyside is a 10!!!

We booked two nights at this B&B. Unfortunately, the first afternoon, the proprietress decided she would start a political discussion.. It concluded with her telling me that she didn’t like immigrants and even her dog, a large German shepherd with the appropriate name Big, didn’t like them either. “He doesn’t want any Mexican chihuahuas or Chinese pugs here.” I didn’t respond despite being appalled. If this sort of thing appeals to you, by all means make a reservation. Otherwise you may want to steer clear rather than risk having your stay ruined. I certainly left having every negative stereotypical view of Mississippi, and Natchez in particular, thoroughly confirmed.
