โThe service of this hotel is great. We called asking for slippers, and in less that 5 minutes we got them. The next day, we asked for shaving kit, and also we got them in 5 minutes.

โGreat for the price. Friendly staff. Had to carry luggage up the stairs, but the staff is willing to help if you need them to. Attention to small things were really impressive -- they helped me with parking my car in subtle but very kind ways. For instance, seeing that my car was small (a VW golf), they suggested using their garage rather than use the paid parking spot. โFarouk at reception gave great restaurant ideas and gave us a choice of rooms when the reservation he had said it was for a couple, but we were a family of three.

Loved the fact that it is not a chain and most importantly a very comfortable bed.
Just across the road from the hotel gave great views of the city and it was an easy walk down a reasonably steep hill to the old town..โ
