"Booked this hotel because it advertised a Hot Tub, the Hot Tub is closed until further notice. The room was clean but could use updating. No USB charging ports anywhere! It's been a long time now since I've stayed anywhere that didn't have a USB charging port. Front desk informed me the rooms are hit and miss for USB ports. They said they took the Hot Tub off their website but needed to remove it from Expedia (it was removed the next day). She said because I booked though Expedia, she couldn't do anything for me (so if you book via Expedia, they don't have to do anything for you?). She did give me two free breakfast coupons which was a buffet breakfast that is exactly the same as the free breakfasts at Choice hotels but they want to charge for it, pretty ridiculous. Lastly, one of the bath towels was frayed with strings hanging off it. Last time I stay there, there are tons of other options in this area, take your pick."

"Saturday we had eggs, sausage, bagels, english muffins, toast, yogurt, waffles - the usual hotel breakfast. However, by 9am Sunday morning the breakfast options were slim. It's like they didn't bother to replenish anything. About the only thing that was left was a few pieces of bread, cold cereal, and oatmeal packets. If you are traveling with kids, a room near the hotel entrance, bathrooms, and pool may be desirable, but it was rather annoying to us. We could hear kids screaming and running down the halls right up until 11pm when the pool closed. "

"Front desk staff was polite and efficient! Pool area is beautiful. The hot tub could have been a little warmer and had better jets. Regardless it was fun and relaxing!! "

"Pool was closed without notifying and they wouldn’t let us sit in lobby after 10pm to watch Olympics. We had to go to workout room which was the only thing open. Booooo! So we walked and drank on the treadmill- very safe! 😂 dumb"

"What a wonderful hotel.. staff cleanliness Tiffany the check in gal was over the top helpful! The rates are great this time of year ALL IN ALL MY FAVORITE PLACE TO GET SPOILED EVERY SO OFTEN… see you again !"

"Yes but needs a place to swim for adults .clean room small bathrooms beds were great good room temp bar staff were very friendly check in was easy and quick need a place for older kids we are starting to out grow the tundra. Very nice stay breakfast had powered eggs which were gross"
