“Great location and staff, fabulous, clean room looking over the rugby parks and stadium”

“It was so clean. Bed very comfortable. Parking under cover so early morning start meant no frosty windows. Everything we needed for two day stay.”

“Check in and out was easy, the staff were friendly and overall we had a great experience. The hotel is located centrally with an easy walk to bars, cafe etc. Parking was a bonus and also one of the reasons I selected the hotel. The hotel itself was quite dated compared to the photos. In saying that though our room was clean and tidy.”

“Great location, not use to road noise and the cleaner took the good clean un used towel and left with the used one from day before.”

“Good location and good for a night while going through Hamilton. However,we were booked for 3 adults but only 2 towels were supplied. And small soap for 3 of us to shower twice!!! One of the pillows was just a small cushion packed in a big pillow case!! It was very uncomfortable to get in jet tub which was quite raised to get a shower and get out. Water was leaking from the tub”
