“Nilea Island Living resort is a beand new property ipening in july 2025 so we were sone iftfe furst guests to experience the fabulous hospitality of Spiris, the General Manager. The apartment was pristine, spacious, modern andperfect for a family holiday. The resort is a short walk to the beaches and vibrant area of Naxos with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. “I did not like that the TV was not working. I had no TV the whole time I was there. I also asked that the property be on the ocean or view of ocean. They advertise that they do and they are one block away from the water.”

“The hotel was near a beach which was nice, but the farthest one from town. The rooms were a bit dated, for example, there was a curtain used for a bed cover on the side bed, somewhat of an open shower/bathroom and our chairs on the patio were missing 2 cushions. And the breakfast was very basic. Although staff was very friendly. Next time we'd look for a closer location to town and one with a slightly younger crowd.”
